IT Support Executive / Desktop Support Engineer (L2)
Job details
Inhouse IT department Monday - Friday Office hours Job Responsibilities Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including operating systems, applications and network components. Resolve Level 1 and 2 computer or application issues for local and remote users. Escalate Level 3 Application Issues to third-party vendors. Provide guidance and recommendations to colleagues on best practices for using systems and technologies within the company. Conduct regular system backups to minimize data loss in the event of a system failure. Maintain IT-related Fixed Assets to support the onboarding/offboarding process. Maintain and ensure compliance with all IT/ISO related policies and procedures. Collaborate with vendors, project leads, and users to resolve issues and ensure consistent, viable solutions. Update the core WordPress, manage plugin licenses, and maintain pages and content. Generate reports and conduct data analysis. Job Requirements: Relevant experience in Level 2 Support. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Familiarity with Windows systems and environments. Knowledge of SQL & Excel is a MUST requirement.
