Job Summary: The Customer Care Coordinator will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior, building sustainable relationships, and engaging customers by taking the extra business. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a group of companies.
  2. Receive customer requests, such as operational requirements, closing contracts, maintenance, and accident requests.
  3. Answer customer calls, listen to their concerns, and solve problems.
  4. Process all customer requests by providing high-quality responses to inquiries and requests accurately and efficiently.
  5. Create requests in the system for the concerned department and advise the customer on the assigned workshop.
  6. Ensure that all customer transactions are executed in line with company policy; any customer issues must be addressed appropriately and promptly to the Customer Service Manager for resolution.
  7. Assist and cooperate with the Customer Service Manager and implement all policies according to business demands.
  8. Perform other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the Customer Service Manager to meet department objectives.
  9. Coordinate with operational staff to provide support.
  10. Provide reports to management and keep records of all conversations for future reference.
Qualifications:
  1. High School Education.
  2. Medium proficiency in the English language.
  3. Must be Saudi.
