In this role, You will be responsible for:

  1. Ensure the delivery of South EU market targets and KPIs based on the (A&E) business plan.
  2. Work with relevant partners and stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that ensure targets and KPIs are met, aligned with the A&E business plan. This includes comprehensive budgets, targets, and ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and reporting on market offerings to ensure adherence to agreements.
  3. Facilitate tourism offers and value-adds while monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on performance.
  4. Clearly define objectives, classifications, service models, and targets to maximize the use of B2B, B2C, and B2B2C channels, including media, OTAs, trade incentives, and support strategies for efficiency, monitoring, and reporting.
  5. Develop internal and external plans that outline roles, responsibilities, financial and non-financial investment, return on investment (ROI), reporting measures, frequency, and analysis.
  6. Focus on overcoming connectivity, accessibility, and regulatory barriers that hinder market entry or growth.
  7. Actively seek out DMCs, airlines, and other stakeholders who recognize the value of Saudi Arabia as a destination, encouraging them to invest independently in promoting the destination.
  8. Ensure that the strategy is based on market needs and aligns with set KPIs.
  9. Focus on targeting B2C and B2B2C channels by prioritizing loyalty, accountability, and compliance, and deliver tailored market offerings and promotions.
  10. Perform other activities as and when required.

You will need:

  1. Recommended not less than 10 years of experience in tourism, marketing, or any related field.
  2. A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or tourism.
