Investment Banking Associate Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Venture Search is collaborating with a boutique M&A investment bank specialising in fintech and early-stage tech companies poised for acquisition. The firm delivers end-to-end sell-side M&A services, expertly guiding clients through every stage of the transaction. They are looking for experienced M&A professionals to develop strong relationships, identify target companies, drive deal origination, and support the overall M&A process. Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients, building strong, trust-based relationships.
Identify and target companies with M&A potential through market research and networking.
Drive the entire M&A lifecycle, from deal sourcing to closing, including valuation, financial analysis, due diligence, and negotiations.
Develop detailed financial models, pitch books, and presentations to support client engagements.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to structure and execute transactions.
Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify strategic opportunities for clients.

Qualifications and Experience:

1-3 years in M&A investment banking or Big 4 Transaction Services, or Deals Advisory.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Fluent Arabic is a must; additional languages are a plus.
Open to candidates currently based in Europe, Asia, or America who are willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, and results-oriented.
