Responsibilities

  1. Define improvements for bulk upload tool, addressing regular problems faced.
  2. System Build (settings/org charts/job role) as per the Implementation Document.
  3. Quality check client data when uploaded to SharePoint prior to system build. Provide detailed report to PMs regarding missing information or format issues.
  4. Check SharePoint files for missing information during implementation.
  5. Manage medical policy & medical card uploads.
  6. Update CRM once live.
  7. Manage document uploads until the bulk upload tool is operational.
  8. Rectify possible issues on the client system once the client has received HR Admin access.
  9. Create a full dummy profile on client systems showcasing all functionalities (Leave, advances, etc.) for employee training.
  10. Implement modifications needed on the client system post HR Admin access.
  11. Build goals/reviews for the PM feature in stage 2 if required.
  12. Draft email responses to basic client queries prior to rollout and post HR Admin access, sending them to the PM for feedback; in the future, they can respond directly to clients.
