Business Analyst – Digital Transformation & ERP We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in ERP systems and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have cross-industry exposure , strong analytical skills, and the ability to bridge business needs with technology solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements for ERP and digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and system enhancements.
- Support implementation, integration, and optimization of digital and ERP solutions.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
- Conduct impact assessments and support change management efforts.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ERP or digital transformation projects.
- Cross-industry experience is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of business processes, system integrations, and data flows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
