Business Analyst – Digital Transformation & ERP We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in ERP systems and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have cross-industry exposure , strong analytical skills, and the ability to bridge business needs with technology solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements for ERP and digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and system enhancements.
Support implementation, integration, and optimization of digital and ERP solutions.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
Conduct impact assessments and support change management efforts.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in ERP or digital transformation projects.
Cross-industry experience is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of business processes, system integrations, and data flows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
