Location: Business Bay, Dubai Job Description We are a fast-growing and dynamic international company with operations across six countries. We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Administrator / Manager to join our high-performing team in Dubai. This role is integral to managing and maintaining a secure, efficient, and innovative IT infrastructure that supports our growth and operations. As the go-to IT expert, you will lead all aspects of digital infrastructure management, from troubleshooting hardware and software to optimizing corporate tools and ensuring data security. Key Responsibilities: IT Infrastructure & Security Management:

Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and other IT security measures to safeguard the company’s data and systems.
Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and upgrades on all devices, ensuring optimal performance and security compliance.

Corporate Tools & Software:

Oversee all corporate tools and software systems, including installation, updates, licensing, and compliance.
Manage Google Workspace administration, ensuring secure access permissions, efficient usage, and compliance with operational and security policies.

End-User IT Support:

Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues, ensuring swift resolution.
Offer training and guidance on IT systems and applications to empower employees with basic troubleshooting skills.

Website Management:

Maintain company websites (e.g., WordPress with Elementor), ensuring they remain up-to-date, functional, and secure.

Onboarding & Offboarding Processes:

Manage IT-related employee onboarding and offboarding, including setting up accounts, access controls, and devices.

Inventory & Documentation:

Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, ensuring seamless procurement and deployment.
Keep detailed and up-to-date documentation of IT processes, systems, and configurations.

Research and propose new technologies and tools to improve efficiency, scalability, and security across the organization. Qualifications and Experience: Experience:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Administration, IT Support, or related roles.
Prior experience in a fast-growing company or managing IT operations for international teams is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in managing corporate tools and troubleshooting devices (both hardware and software).
Advanced experience with Google Workspace and cloud-based tools.
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, or similar platforms.
Working knowledge of WordPress (Elementor) for website management.
Strong understanding of IT security protocols, including remote device management.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work across teams and departments.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities to address technical and operational challenges.
Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and tools simultaneously.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently or within a team.
