Job Title: Procurement Manager – Building Contracting Firm Location: Business Bay Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager with a strong background in the building contracting and construction industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective and timely procurement of materials and services to support construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure timely supply of construction materials and services.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
Oversee procurement planning in coordination with project managers, engineers, and site teams.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contract terms, and industry regulations.
Manage procurement budgets, track expenditures, and report on cost-saving initiatives.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
Supervise the procurement team and provide guidance on procurement best practices.
Resolve supplier performance issues and ensure quality control of purchased materials.
