Our client is a leading manufacturing organization who has been in the Middle East for the last 35 years. We are renowned for retaining exceptional employees and excellent work-life balance. One of the key focuses of the organization has been to exceed client expectations. We are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager to support the Commercial Manager. You will be responsible for managing existing products and being innovative with existing products to suit the market and customer needs. You will be liaising with team members from various projects to brainstorm ideas and pricing. Your responsibilities are the following but are not limited to:
- You will be responsible for training in-house staff while launching a new product or developing an existing product.
- You will be responsible for conducting research and analyzing competitors.
- Improving productivity and exceeding client expectations.
- Identifying the business and operational requirements based upon the business requirements & objectives of each product.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering will be highly regarded.
- You will have a background in construction or engineering-related products. Piping knowledge is preferable.
- Fluent in English. Arabic speaking is an added advantage.
- Must be willing to travel extensively.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills are required. Project management experience will be advantageous.
