Job Summary: The Digital Sales Manager leads and manages the digital sales team to achieve revenue goals and enhance customer experience. The manager will create strategies for digital sales campaigns, monitor performance, and provide training and support to ensure continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Management : • Recruit, train, and manage a team of digital sales representatives. • Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the team. • Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance team performance. • Monitor calls and digital interactions to maintain quality standards. 2. Sales Strategy and Execution : • Develop and implement digital sales strategies to achieve targets. • Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns and promotions with sales efforts. • Analyze customer data and sales metrics to identify opportunities for growth. 3. Performance Monitoring : • Track and report on the team’s sales performance and metrics. • Ensure the team meets or exceeds monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies as needed. • Generate regular reports for senior management on sales progress. 4. Customer Relationship Management : • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service. • Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions. • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. 5. Collaboration and Innovation : • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, Risk, Finance and IT to support sales initiatives. • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to keep the company’s digital sales approach competitive. • Innovate and implement new techniques and processes for effective digital sales. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience in digital sales within the financial services sector, with at least 3-5 years in a management role. • Strong leadership and motivational skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in fintech core system and digital sales tools. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Problem-solving abilities and resilience under pressure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
