About the location: Steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city’s 1.5 million annual visitors. The new-build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world. The Role Of Executive Assistant To The General Manager We currently have an opportunity for Executive Assistant to join our Four Seasons Hotel Madinah opening team! Reporting into our General Manager, you will manage secretarial responsibilities and coordinate the activities of the Executive Office in matters pertaining to appointments, transportation, mail, coordinating VIP guest bookings, arrivals, and experiences, assisting in the operation when needed and other general affairs. You will also be responsible for handling issues that may require sensitivity and use of sound independent judgment, as well as for managing a complex schedule and dealing with shifting priorities. Our Ideal Executive Assistant Will Have A solid work ethic, high proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera, a high level of integrity, and a concern for quality, cross cultural sensitivity, and customer service orientation. You will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule in every employee action in your hotel; creating a great workplace for all great people to deliver great experiences. Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
