Job Summary:

The Product Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of the company's platform features, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions that drive engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and prioritize product requirements based on market research and user feedback.
  2. Develop and manage the product roadmap to align with business goals and timelines.
  3. Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality product features.
  4. Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for product differentiation.
  5. Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of product features.
  6. Monitor product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product decisions and feature development.
  8. Ensure the product meets quality, scalability, and usability standards.
  9. Create detailed product documentation, including requirements, workflows, and user stories.
  10. Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  11. Lead product launch activities, including marketing coordination and user onboarding strategies.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices.
  13. Develop training materials and provide support to teams using the product.

Key Decision-Making Powers:

  1. Approves product feature priorities and development tasks.
  2. Determines resource allocation for specific product initiatives.
  3. Proposes and implements updates based on market and user needs.

Requirements:

Educational and Professional Requirements:
  1. 7-10 years of experience in product management or related roles.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Business, or a related field.
  3. Familiarity with project management software like Jira, Trello, or Asana.

Skills and Competencies:

  1. Proficient in product lifecycle management, including ideation, development, and optimization.
  2. Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver user-focused solutions.
  3. Strong analytical abilities to translate user feedback into actionable product improvements.
  4. Effective communicator with the ability to present product updates and strategies clearly.
