Job Title: Marketing Lead

We are seeking a creative Marketing Lead to join Beacon Private School in Bahrain.

About the Role:

This position is essential in enhancing the school's brand image and ensuring effective communication with our target audience. The candidate should demonstrate goal-oriented business acumen to make a real impact on marketing and bring quality leads to the school's admissions department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality photographs during school events, activities, and celebrations to highlight learners' achievements and school culture.
  • Organize and manage a photo archive for easy access and future use.
  • Edit and enhance photos for promotional materials, newsletters, and social media posts.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and layouts that align with the school's branding.
  • Record and edit videos to create compelling content for school marketing, events, and announcements.
  • Develop creative promotional videos to highlight key programs and initiatives.
  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy to promote the school's programs and values, with the objective of increasing learners' enrolment.
  • Manage the school's social media platforms, website content, and digital presence.
  • Organize events and collaborate with external parties to promote the school's programs.
  • Create a marketing plan that establishes a robust presence of the school in digital and physical scenarios.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in photography and design with a background in marketing.
  • Proven experience in running marketing campaigns, both digital and physical, with a track record of outcomes from previous actions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) as well as Canva.
  • Knowledge of the education sector and schools' market in Bahrain is desirable.
  • Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interdepartmental skills to work closely with the admissions department to establish the right strategy and oversee any immediate changes necessary for the best outcomes in future campaigns.
