The coordination specialist will be responsible for awareness building and engagement with entities, coordination and facilitation of on-boarding entities on the project. Liaise with the PMs in the Entities to teach and transfer the knowledge of adding Projects Data and Location in conformance with the Projects Data Entry Form. Review all Projects Data whenever entered by the Entities. Review the Projects Location on the map, make sure they are in sync with the mapping requirements. Highlight the errors when available in the Projects Data and Location; guide the Entities into correcting the data to match the requirements of the dashboard. Approve the Projects Data and location so that it is published in the dashboard.

Responsibilities

  1. Stakeholders coordination and management
  2. Entity awareness building and engagement
  3. Develop and implement criteria for capital investment projects identification to satisfy stakeholder requirements
  4. Develop and institutionalize community governance strategy (Develop and implement entity SLAs and standards, procedural agreement, service requests management model)
  5. Coordinate periodical stakeholders group meetings (survey and review requirements and enhancement models for governance and operations)
  6. Assumes a supervisory role to the data quality and review officers
Language Requirements: Arabic - Fluent / Excellent English - Fluent / Excellent

Requirements

Job Skills

A university degree in business administration, project management or relevant field. PMP or project management certification is a plus. 3-5 years’ experience in Project Management. Working experience in Earned Value Management concepts. Having held a position in a PMO is a plus. GIS knowledge is a plus. Strong Communication & writing skills. Fluency in Arabic and English.
