Job Responsibilities

As a Deputy Store Manager, you will model the behaviors, skills, and knowledge, as well as business acumen, managerial prowess, and coaching posture consistently and continuously. You will be an ambassador of the Bulgari Maison inside and outside the Boutique, often attending local and regional events. Reporting to the store manager and supporting in reaching the business target, your role will also be to ensure the boutique’s excellence with daily retail operations, problem solving, team engagement and development, elevating the client experience either personally or through others.

Profile

  • Act as a reference person for all staff in sale-related processes and queries on the sales floor, often quickly problem solving to ensure a smooth client experience.
  • Provide feedback to sales team and after sale team on service delivery and sales attitude.
  • Act as an individual and team contributor with sales targets.
  • Model an elevated client experience posture when on the shop floor, and champion best practices to the team.
  • Manage clients' concerns/disputes/complaints assuring that customer satisfaction is constantly pursued and restored.
  • Approve discounts as per policy.
  • Support in Rota management.
  • Support in analyzing the business trends, both within the store and local competitor market – identifying best sellers, slow sellers, and generating business ideas to support guidelines.
  • Perform back office activities coordination (when Head of Back Office is not on duty).

Additional Information

  • The person we are looking for has at least 5-7 years of experience in a sales position with a very strong commercial acumen.
  • Has successfully driven own sales target for self and supported in collective targets of store and/or market.
  • The successful candidate has a proven track record of proactively handling client relationships inside and outside the boutique.
  • They are consciously committed and driven by effectiveness at work, have already managed a team of salespeople, and are able to share knowledge of the luxury industry by being curious about the market and the competition.
  • With the Store Manager, they will ensure that the store embodies the brand guidelines to the highest level and runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
