Job Title: Butler Manager Job Description

  • Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.
  • Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers.
  • Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements.
Qualifications We are looking for a well-organized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can display a passion for perfection and work in a dynamic environment. In addition, the candidate should possess:
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Degree from School for Tourism & Hotel Management preferred.
  • Must be a strong team player with strong departmental cooperation.
  • Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic language with a third language as an asset.
  • Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment.
  • Must have the ability to assess and make decisions based on strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to maintain excellent professional presentation and grooming.
  • Knowledge of computers including Microsoft Office products and Property Management System.
  • Luxury five-star experience necessary.
  • Must be willing to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, holidays and split shifts (according to the needs of the guests).
  • Must be able to stand for 90% of their scheduled time.
