An aggressive expansion program together with acquisitions in new vertical markets have created an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the group. About the role: To ensure that all the vehicles are compliant in accordance with KSA and Gulf Statutory requirements in order to manage, allocate and maintain the vehicles Key Responsibilities: • Manage fleet operations, including maintenance, fuel efficiency, and vehicle utilization. • Ensure compliance with Saudi transportation laws. • Implement safety protocols for drivers and vehicles. • Optimize routes to improve delivery times and reduce costs. • Analyze performance data and prepare reports for senior management. • Collaborate with customer service and warehouse teams to align fleet operations with company goals. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • 5-10 years in transportation, logistics, or fleet management
  • Experience in optimizing fleet operations and improving cost efficiency
  • Proficiency in fleet management systems & GPS tracking
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi transportation regulations and compliance.
  • Data analysis and reporting (Excel, SAP, or TMS software).
  • Ability to communicate with diverse teams
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
