Responsibilities
- التسويق وبيع الأراضي لمخططات الشركة
- دراسة ومتابعة تطورات السوق وتحديد وتطوير الأهداف التسويقية وطرق البيع وتقدير حجم المبيعات المتوقع وترجمة الأهداف إلى خطط بيعية.
- زيادة الإيرادات عبر تسويق المنتجات وتحليل سلوك المنافسين.
- التسليم الآمن والفوري للمشتريات.
- تحليل سلوك المنافسين والترويج للمنتجات لتحقيق زيادة في المبيعات.
- التواصل مع المشترين لمعرفة كل ما يتعلق بالوحدات العقارية ومزاياها الخاصة.
- الاطلاع المستمر ومواكبة مع الاتجاهات في سوق العقارات.
- فهم وتحليل احتياجات العملاء والقدرة على تقديم العروض المناسبة.
- إتقان مهارات التفاوض وتقديم الحلول الفعالة للمشاكل.
- القدرة على التفاوض بفعالية وتقديم الحلول السليمة للمشاكل.
- إمكانية تحفيز الفريق من خلال التواصل بفعالية معهم وتعزيز العمل الجماعي.
