JOB TITLE: CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) DEPARTMENT: Finance & Accounts REPORTS TO: CEO & Board of Directors QUALIFICATIONS: CPA/ CA/Masters or Equivalent with MBA EXPERIENCE: 10 – 15 Years of relevant experience in finance functions. Preferably in major corporate sector. KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The CFO has to manage the financial control framework that must be followed by the Group and all subsidiary business areas, take responsibility for all financial information provided internally and externally, plan sources of finance, and provide guidance on, and approval to, the interpretation of accounting standards and policies. KEY JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  1. Candidate should be specialized in District cooling projects.
  2. Well-rounded experience in utilities finance management.
  3. Coming from a well-reputable utility company.
  4. Strong leadership skills.
  5. Past experience in project finance and dealing with international banks.
  6. Experience in an international utilities company.
  7. Closed concession transactions in BOT and BOOT.
  8. Commercial background.
  9. Negotiated project finance transactions with banks.
