Job details

Qualification:

  1. Diploma in relevant field
  2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics within a manufacturing setting.
  3. Proficiency in computer operations, including logistics and inventory management software.
  4. Must have experience in dealing with logistics, shipping lines, transporters and in exportation.
Experience:
  1. Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of goods and materials within the supply chain.
  2. Ensure timely delivery of products to local and international customers.
  3. Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other logistics partners along with following up of their invoices and ensure payments are submitted.
  4. Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs including but not limited to scheduling of competitive freights.
  5. Monitor shipments, inventory, and logistics activities.
  6. Utilize logistics software and systems for tracking and reporting.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in English.
  8. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  9. Meet with relevant internal parties to share reports accordingly.
