  • Supporting the Senior Manager of Influencer and Talent Marketing, the marketing manager will be a key player in driving awareness and engagement for The Red Sea, AMAALA and Red Sea Sports and Entertainment through authentic influencer partnerships. This role focuses on developing and executing a strategic and integrated talent plan to support our destination business objectives to ultimately drive visitation.
  • This role will involve managing and expanding relationships with influencers, content creators and brand ambassadors who align with our brand values and target audience. The ideal candidate is highly organized and efficient, capable of managing multiple end-to-end talent projects, suited to working in a fast-paced environment and has a deep understanding of influencer marketing trends, travel audiences and content strategies.
Job Responsibilities: Influencer and Talent Marketing
  • Work closely with our selected agency to develop and execute local and global influencer marketing strategies to promote our destination.
  • Align influencer marketing efforts with overall brand objectives, marketing campaigns and key calendar moments.
  • Identify and engage with influencers, creators and brand ambassadors who align with our brand identity and target markets.
  • Build creative, compelling campaigns that highlight unique aspects of our destination through influencer collaborations.
Campaign Management
  • Oversee the planning, execution and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure full integration of all influencer/ talent activity into the overall consumer communications plan and consistency with brand requirements across regional and global communications.
  • Develop campaign briefs and collaborate with carefully selected influencers to create authentic and engaging content.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of influencer and talent partnerships, including outreach, negotiation, contracting, briefing, on-ground support at The Red Sea, content approval, reporting.
  • Co-manage the production and coordination of photo and video shoots for the destination and all operating brands and assets.
  • Manage the selected influencer agency in development of all strategy, concepts and execution of measurable campaigns that contribute to meeting annual KPIs.
  • Work closely with all key internal stakeholders to ensure influencer marketing requirements are met and delivered including brand, creative and paid media.
Data-Driven Decisions
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify and source top global influencer and talent partnerships.
  • Track and report on all campaigns to ensure clear ROI and strategic adjustments (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly).
  • Conduct performance analysis and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
Relationship Building
  • Engage and manage relationships with Saudi Tourism Authority and other key partners for potential collaboration and awareness opportunities.
Budget Management/Control
  • Work closely with the senior manager of influencer and talent marketing on budget planning, allocations and accurate spend-to-budget.
  • Negotiate contracts, media partnerships and services agreements with third-party agencies, and others as they arise.
  • Follow all procurement and financial policy compliance requirements.

Qualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing and social media/ digital marketing, preferably within the travel or luxury space.
  • Strong understanding of influencer networks, social media platforms, and industry trends.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in using influencer marketing tools and software.
  • Highly organized and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for social media and travel marketing.
