What You’ll Be Doing:
As a valued member of our team, you will:- Attend bi-daily team briefings and communicate effectively with supervisors & co-workers.
- Build strong guest relations by recognizing preferences and resolving complaints in a friendly manner.
- Greet guests warmly, guide them to their tables, and ensure all inquiries are met with a smile.
- Manage reservations, calls, and emails efficiently while providing accurate and helpful information.
- Maintain LPM standards, stay flexible with role changes, and always ensure an outstanding guest experience.
What You’ll Need:
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Proficiency in English is a must, an additional European language is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, preferably in SevenRooms.
