Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Service: The specialist must provide excellent customer service, answering any questions the customer may have about their new vehicle and ensuring they understand its features and functions.
  2. Vehicle Knowledge: They should have a deep understanding of the vehicles they are delivering, including different models, their specifications, features, and how they operate.
  3. Administrative Tasks: They will handle the paperwork associated with vehicle delivery, including finalizing the purchase agreement, vehicle invoice, insurance documents, and registration.
  4. Vehicle Inspection: Before the delivery, they will conduct a final inspection of the vehicle to ensure it meets quality standards and customer expectations.
  5. Scheduling Deliveries: The specialist is responsible for coordinating the timing of vehicle deliveries to match customer convenience and branch efficiency.
  6. Follow-ups: After delivery, they will follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their new vehicle and answer any further questions.
