About the Job: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Security Officer in Jumeirah Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:

  1. Monitor CCTV systems, fire alarms, emergency telephones, and elevator controls, ensuring proper responses to emergencies.
  2. Maintain files, cleanliness, and restrict access to the Central Security Control Room to authorized personnel.
  3. Handle lost and found inquiries, ensure safe custody of items, and maintain key issuance and records at the Timekeepers Office.
  4. Control access for contractors and visitors, screen belongings, and manage property removal authorization at the Colleague Access Point.
  5. Issue supplier passes, regulate delivery traffic, and safeguard laundry deliveries in the Receiving Area.
  6. Manage guest lift access, direct guests, and prevent unauthorized entry into guest areas in the Hotel Lobby.
  7. Control access to the beach, preventing unauthorized entry.
  8. Oversee traffic flow and prevent prolonged vehicle parking at the Main Entrance of the Hotel.
  9. Ensure cleanliness and record maintenance across all designated security areas.
  10. Interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and departments to uphold safety and security standards.
About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
  2. Clear and effective communication skills in English.
  3. Demonstrated ability to perform tasks with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with effective organizational skills for handling multiple responsibilities.
