Sales Supervisor (Located in Western region KSA) Formal position title. Job Overview: Sales Supervisor responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects in Gov. (NUPCO) & private hospitals & clinics, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills and comfort in reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products. Responsibilities and Duties: A candidate must know & do the following:

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities based on experience and evaluate customer needs.
Maintain an existing list of clients in Gov. (NUPCO) & medical private sectors with an accurate track record.
Generate orders and contracts with all assigned clients.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Minimum Requirements:

10+ years of experience with all Gov. hospitals (NUPCO) & private medical sector.
Good exposure to all medical disposable & consumables products (if applicable).
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Track record since 2022 to date with NUPCO or/and private clients.
