Sales Supervisor (Located in Western region KSA) Formal position title. Job Overview: Sales Supervisor responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects in Gov. (NUPCO) & private hospitals & clinics, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills and comfort in reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products. Responsibilities and Duties: A candidate must know & do the following:

  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities based on experience and evaluate customer needs.
  • Maintain an existing list of clients in Gov. (NUPCO) & medical private sectors with an accurate track record.
  • Generate orders and contracts with all assigned clients.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
  • Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience with all Gov. hospitals (NUPCO) & private medical sector.
  • Good exposure to all medical disposable & consumables products (if applicable).
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Track record since 2022 to date with NUPCO or/and private clients.
