The Project Manager role in the Facilities & Property Management sector is a pivotal position that involves overseeing various projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage resources effectively while ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure that all project objectives are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies. Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment on project objectives.
Lead project teams, providing direction and support to ensure high performance and accountability.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks as they arise.
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate meetings and workshops to promote collaboration and problem-solving among team members.
Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection and contract negotiations.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
