What You Will Do:
The Master Gunner Instructor will instruct students at the Air Defense Forces Institute (ADFI) in the design and implementation of defense architecture to employ Air Defense weapon systems. Responsibilities include:- Teaching RSADF officers how to employ and properly fire the Patriot Weapons System.
- Training RSADF soldiers in the operation and maintenance of the Patriot system.
- Evaluating test results and submitting attendance and grade records of students.
- Reviewing progress of assigned classes or students and making recommendations to improve the quality of training.
- Participating in all functions of the training department as directed.
- Providing Technical Instruction and Training using conference and practical exercise teaching methods.
- Preparing and submitting maintenance reports and Patriot Failure Reports (SPRs).
- Assisting in maintaining the Patriot power generation and communications equipment.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Patriot Master Gunner certification from the US Army Air Defense School.
- Certified Instructor and Trainer.
- Ability to develop training programs for certifying Soldiers in Air Defense systems.
- Minimum of 4 years of direct experience with organizational level maintenance on Patriot Missile Systems.
- Successful completion of U.S. Army Patriot Operator and System Mechanic Course for MOS 24T/14E, 140E or an equivalent course.
Required Education:
Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of related experience, or Associates Degree with 8 years’ experience, or HS Diploma/GED with 12 years of related experience.What We Offer:

Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.
