The Strategic Customer Success Manager is that role! This position serves as the primary point of contact between the company and our customers. In this role you will need to understand customer needs, address their concerns, and ensure they receive excellent service. This individual collaborates cross-functionally working to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction from order placement to order fulfillment. You will also be responsible for key account management, order status, returns, e-commerce, and customer engagement. This position is in the Energy+ business unit and will be a strategic team member within the Sales Ops team. This position must be on site at Dhahran – Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, solving problems, business challenges and steering issues to closure.
- Engage, collaborate and navigate cross functional relationships such as Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service, to problem solve on behalf of the customer.
- Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for customers needs within the company.
- Develop strategies that improve client retention while also building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
- Identify and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, or business discipline - MBA preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a customer facing role such as sales, operations leadership, customer liaison leadership roles, or relevant industry experience.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing voice of customer and trend analysis to drive business process.
- Ability to drive measurable results across a broad & diverse spectrum of value streams in a global environment.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic languages is essential.
- Must have a cultural understanding of the Saudi Arabia Market/Zone.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
- Ability to travel – list specifics 5-10% travel.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
- Chemical process or Mechanical Engineering.
- Significant knowledge of Oil & Gas, Gas Processing, NGL (natural gas Liquids), and the Petrochemical industry and its customer environment.
