Job Responsibilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.
Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling interviews and gathering feedback from interviewers.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
Negotiate offers with selected candidates and facilitate the onboarding process.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment strategies.
Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment and hiring practices in the UAE.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably within the real estate sector in the UAE.
Deep understanding of the UAE job market, particularly in the real estate industry.
Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent within established timelines.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month Application Question:
