Job Responsibilities
As a Consultant , you will be part of a dynamic team delivering fast-paced and complex projects for leading organizations in the Middle East , with a focus on ESG, Sustainability, and Climate Change . Your role will involve a mix of business development, thought leadership, and project execution .- Support the growth and expansion of the Sustainability, Climate, and ESG practice, contributing to project execution.
- Assist clients in developing ESG roadmaps and strategies across various sustainability topics.
- Apply knowledge of ESG frameworks and standards , including GRI, SDGs, TCFD, IFRS , and other relevant guidelines.
- Work with stakeholders to design and implement ESG strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with sustainability goals.
- Conduct in-depth ESG research and analysis , assessing company performance against industry benchmarks and sustainability criteria .
- Stay up to date on ESG regulations, best practices, and emerging sustainability trends , integrating insights into client strategies.
- Assist in preparing client proposals for carbon and climate-related services .
- Develop thought leadership materials in collaboration with team members and leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in ESG, Sustainability, and Climate-related consulting .
- Strong understanding of ESG strategy, Net Zero initiatives, SDGs, and reporting frameworks .
- Experience working across industries such as Real Estate, Consumer Goods, Infrastructure, Energy, Oil & Gas, and Chemicals .
- Ability to analyze sustainability performance, develop ESG strategies, and implement best practices .
- Strong communication, research, and stakeholder engagement skills.
