Job Responsibilities

6. Develop strategies to minimize delinquency rates and maximize collections.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer disputes and issues.
8. Prepare and present reports on collection activities and performance.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in debt collection.
10. Documenting all communication and maintaining accurate records of payment collections.
11. Updating customer account information and ensuring data accuracy.
12. Analyzing credit reports and financial statements to assess customer creditworthiness.
