Job Description

Responsibilities:

Seek out and source new clients by developing networks and independently identifying and developing relevant resources for sales and business development.
Work independently on customers’ needs.
Identify and develop resources relevant to business development and sales goals.
Liaise with the concerned team to ensure top-level client experience in all cases of client interactions from follow-up to delivery.
Attract and retain clients by developing highly creative outreach strategies along with the marketing department in the organization.
Work in line with the operational procedures of the organization towards its revenue generation and sales growth goals.
Continuously review the current processes to find better ways of working.
Manage CIB relationships and direct the fulfilment team to execute business in the EB client premises.
Grow the portfolio of Employee Banking Clients by the desired percentage.
Organise Helpdesk/Induction activities at client premises in order to generate business revenues by extension on Retail asset products and services.
Lead generation and management through FAB CRM systems.
Act as the focal point for customer enquiries.
Exceed expectations by increasing standards of customer service and ensure effective complaint management.
Effective management of Bulk Account opening process for the employees of the targeted CIBG/TML customer.
Constantly design and execute strategies to increase business penetration within the region.
Liaise with Corporate & Investment banking, business banking team to provide their clients with a complete package on retail banking proposition.
Drive multi-product sales with a focused approach on increasing corporate profitability.
Monitor emerging opportunities in Market, Industry and Competition and share information with the Business Intelligence team to keep plans/strategies agile and improvise in a changing landscape.
Work closely with strategic alliances within PBG sales and distribution.
Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Code of Conduct of the bank.

Strong relationship management skills.
Ability to grow and maintain relationships with any individual, irrespective of background and personality type.
Possession of a good sense of humour.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong creativity and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to work with recent technological applications relating to daily tasks.
Strong detail-orientation and top-level self-organization.
Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willingness to put in more working hours, even at odd times.
Possess reliable problem-solving ability.

Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree – Preferably a Master’s Degree.
5 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector.
