Additionally, we manage iconic districts, including Business Bay, Dubai Land Residences, Jaddaf Waterfront, Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Dubai Studio City, Dubai Harbour, and more. About the Role: The Events Executive will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of community-focused events. This position is designed for a proactive and experienced individual who is passionate about enhancing community engagement through well-organized and impactful events. The role involves working closely with the Events Manager to ensure the successful delivery of community initiatives and events. The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Event Planning and Execution:

Assist in the planning and management of a variety of community events, activations and campaigns
Develop detailed event plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
Coordinate with vendors, local organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events.

Community Engagement:

Foster relationships with community members, local businesses, and organizations to enhance event participation and support.
Act as a point of contact for community inquiries related to events, providing excellent customer service and support.

Logistics and Operations:

Oversee logistical aspects of events, including venue setup, equipment rental, and on-site management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local ordinances, and organizational policies during event operations.

Team Coordination:

Support the Events Manager in leading and coordinating a team of event staff and support our community operations teams.

Marketing and Promotion:

Work with the extended Events & Lifestyle team on strategies for community events and campaigns that focus on customers and community happiness
Coordinate with the social media and the extended marketing team to promote events and drive community engagement.

Post-Event Analysis:

Assist in evaluating event success by gathering feedback from participants, stakeholders, and team members.
Prepare reports and summaries on event outcomes, including successes and areas for improvement.

About you:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Community Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in event planning and management, particularly with community-focused events.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on community engagement.
Proficiency in event management software and tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
Active UAE driving license. Ability to travel to different event locations and venues
Energetic, community-focused, and adaptable, with a commitment to enhancing community relations.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed for event schedules.
