Sales Executive | Automall | Sharjah

Al-Futtaim Automall is the Used Car Division of the Al-Futtaim Group and has been developed following extensive customer research, using worldwide best practices with the addition of market-leading customer service. Al Futtaim Automall is the largest and most trusted used vehicle retailer in the region for over a decade. We are currently seeking an experienced Tele Sales Executive to join the Al Futtaim Automall team in Sharjah. The key responsibilities of this role will include:

1. To ensure all incoming calls are answered within an efficient time frame and as per the department verbatim.
2. To ensure that all calls are diverted to the correct department and member of staff in an efficient and professional manner.
3. To ensure that the pre-defined Sales Targets are achieved.
4. Sales Volume: Achieve and maintain the Company prescribed sales standards for his/her area of operation, which improves and maintains company and brand image and prestige.
5. Business Objectives: Achieve or exceed the allocated sales target.
6. Customer Satisfaction: Achieve or exceed CSI objectives, thereby ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and repeat sales.
7. Company Sales and Prospecting Systems: Adhere to company sales and prospecting systems. Achieve or exceed the target on number of prospects logged which ensures achievement of Company's business objectives and a larger customer/prospect base.
8. Improvement and Upgrading: Constantly improve and update knowledge, especially product range, features, general automotive industry, new features and their benefits, technical developments, market trends, selling techniques and customer handling skills which in-turn enhance performance considerably.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

1. Fluency in spoken Arabic is a must.
2. Ability to enhance customer relationships to build mutually rewarding partnerships.
3. Team player with evidence of building cross business support.
4. Good coordination and problem solving skills.
5. Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and presentational.
6. Market awareness and understanding of the challenges of customers and competitors.
7. Demonstrate ability to take initiative and driven to achieve results on time.
8. Demonstrate Al Futtaim Automall core service values (Warm welcome, Easy, Transparent, Special, Personal).
9. A confident and positive individual with a 'Yes we can' attitude.
