We are looking for an experienced Clinical Informatics Specialist with clinical knowledge and expertise in informatics to improve patient care, healthcare processes, and system functionality. The role involves analyzing and optimizing clinical data systems, providing support to clinical teams, and ensuring that health IT systems align with clinical workflows to enhance both operational and patient outcomes. Qualification: Bachelors or Masters in Medicine/Nursing/clinical fields Experience: 5 Years Job Location: Dubai Well versed with full life cycle of (EHR) Electronic Health Record implementation. Should have good experience in assessing, demonstrating, training, and ensuring the efficient operations of Electronic Health Record systems. Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of EHR implementation projects, ensuring timelines and milestones are met. Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to understand their workflow needs, identifying opportunities for improving the usability and effectiveness of clinical systems. Act as a liaison between clinical teams, IT teams, and support to ensure the system is configured according to user needs and expectations. Develop and deliver training programs to end-users, including physicians, nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure effective use of the system post-implementation. Create and maintain documentation related to system configurations, training materials, and best practices. Analyze clinical data to improve patient care and hospital workflows. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data security standards. Collaborate with IT and medical teams for system enhancements.
