Profile Overview Our client is looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and ensuring a seamless customer experience . Your Responsibilities
  1. Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
  2. Assist users with troubleshooting product-related issues
  3. Log and track customer feedback and support tickets
  4. Provide friendly, professional support to all users
  5. Work closely with internal teams to improve the customer experience
What You Bring to the Table
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to stay patient and helpful with customers
  • Basic knowledge of customer service tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.) is a plus
  • Ability to follow scripts and guidelines
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
