Profile Overview Our client is looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and ensuring a seamless customer experience . Your Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
- Assist users with troubleshooting product-related issues
- Log and track customer feedback and support tickets
- Provide friendly, professional support to all users
- Work closely with internal teams to improve the customer experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to stay patient and helpful with customers
- Basic knowledge of customer service tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to follow scripts and guidelines
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
