Location: DUBAI, UAE (in the office/ on site location)

Position Details

We are looking for Senior / Mid level Financial technology engineers to help scale out our core market data & trading infrastructure. Some projects include Adding new High-performance order gateways & market data connectors in C++ or Rust, and improving and re-writing existing core systems and protocols. We have a large set of applications written in C, Rust, and Python, and are looking to optimize our infrastructure for increasing market volumes and lower latencies. Required Skills:

• C++ / Rust
• Python
• Financial Markets trading experience
• Working on large-complicated systems with many components
• High performance message-passing and IPC protocols
• Linux-based environments

Nice to have:

• HFT experience
• Experience designing trading algorithms
• Familiarity with DevOps / AWS
• Django experience

• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical people alike
• Collaborative approach to problem solving
• Self-starter with a thirst for knowledge and experimentation
• Eye for detail and ability to turn product/design dreams into realities
• Strong software product lifecycle management experience
• Communicating proactively and helping teammates where needed
• Productive and communicative in a remote work environment
• The independence to manage, execute, and take initiative without supervision
• Comfortable working in a growth-stage startup environment that balances responsiveness to customer needs as well as iterating on product and delivery in real-time
