Key Responsibilities:
- Product Design:
- Extract and apply insights from customer interactions to refine the platform design.
- Help build a world-class, modern ATS solution that is easy to use for recruiters.
- Use design as a tool to build confidence.
- Lead UI/UX initiatives and present design wireframes to the founding team.
- Research competitor products in the recruitment industry and create mood boards.
- No Code / Low Code Tool Mastery:
- Utilize tools like Webflow to design and maintain web pages.
- Implement website features to enhance traffic and engagement.
- Monitor website performance and suggest improvements for an optimal user experience.
- Product Management:
- Engage in the technical realization of designs, collaborating with engineers to ensure accurate product development.
- Define and prioritize developer requirements using our project management tool.
- Assist developers in task breakdown and prioritization based on customer value.
- Contribute to front-end development (if you possess coding skills).
- Work with the team to design scalable and efficient solutions.
- Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma and its plugins.
- A solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies and principles.
- Experience in conducting user research and gathering feedback.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience as a designer in a tech product company.
- Experience working with distributed teams and showcasing strong organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial ventures or projects.
- Proficiency in designing user flows using tools like Figjam.
