Currently looking for an individual with a proven track record in leading technology teams within the Fintech sector especially in India as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for our Global Office located in Dubai, UAE.Experience:15 years in technology leadership roles with at least 5 years in the Fintech or financial services sector. Knowledge about lending and payments verticals would be an added advantage.Reporting to: Group Chief Platform Officer C.E.O India BusinessRequired Qualifications & Experience:Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science/Engineering/related fieldFintech Expertise: Deep understanding of the Indian Fintech ecosystem including UPI payment gateways, cross-border payments, lending platforms, and digital walletsTechnical Acumen: Hands-on experience with modern technologies including:Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Programming languages (Python, Java, C, etc.)APIs and microservices architectureBig Data, AI/ML, and blockchain technologies (preferred)Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with India's regulatory landscape (RBI guidelines, KYC/AML frameworks)Proven experience in scaling technology solutions for millions of users in a high-growth environmentStrong project management skills with expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies.What We Offer:A pivotal role in shaping the future of financial services in emerging marketsA group that has several mainstream assets and is on the cusp of building something big with technology at the coreA chance to work with a dynamic and passionate global leadership team and to build an entire tech practice within the GroupCompetitive compensation including potential equity optionsOpportunities for global exposure and learning
