An opportunity for an experienced and qualified accountant to join a multinational Irish Plc as a Group Accountant on a 12-month contract has arisen. This role sits on a high-performing team within an industry-leading Plc and offers a view to permanency as well as opportunities for progression.ABOUT THE ROLEPreparation and review of the consolidated group reporting outputs;Ownership of month end group accounting for assigned areas;Business partnering with internal teams including Tax and FP&A;Address external and internal audit queries as they arise;Assist in the monthly variance analysis and preparation of board reporting packs;On-going process improvement and ad-hoc projects as they arise.ABOUT THE PERSONQualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 1 to 5 years PQE.Experience in consolidation, intercompany and working in a group environment is essential.Strong communicator, and comfortable dealing with Senior Stakeholders.Adaptable to change and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.Ability to prioritise work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.This is an ideal role for someone looking for the opportunity to develop their career within a high-performing Plc environment.
