Our client is an international financial institution, with a strong presence globally and regionally. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services, an experienced Data Center Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of the upcoming data center relocation project. This role involves coordinating technical teams, managing timelines, and ensuring that all infrastructure components are effectively transitioned to the new location. Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets for the data center relocation project
- Manage and co-ordinate the implementation of APAC Net and related technology infrastructure environments in accordance with the Bank's standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams including but not limited to IT, facilities, application supports, to ensure seamless relocation
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address them
- Oversee the setup of infrastructure components including servers, networking, storage etc
- Track and report progress, identify and mitigate risks, removing blockers
- At least 5 years of project management experience, with experience in DC relocation project
- Proven track record of managing complex infrastructure projects
- Expertise in PMI methodology
- Expert knowledge of ITIL disciplines
