Salary Band – $111,240 - $127,720 p.a pro rata + Kiwisaver + on-site free parking

Mō te tūranga | About the role The primary purpose of the role is to lead and manage the assigned services, providing operational leadership and coordination. There is a focus on sustainable, long-term quality improvement initiatives and resource management to ensure maximum efficiency across the department. You will be responsible for:
  • Management of financial performance
  • Activity and production planning
  • Human resource management
  • Quality and risk management
  • Certification and accreditation and other service delivery improvements within the service.
You will have a high level of interpersonal and communication skills and excellent computer literacy. You will have a proven track record of establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with people at all levels within the public and private sectors. Minimum Requirements:
  • A Tertiary qualification in Electronics or equivalent electronics knowledge and practical work experience.
  • Current registration as an Electrical Appliance Service Person.
  • Current NZ Drivers Licence.
  • Healthcare experience or qualification.

Utu whānui | Salary range This role belongs to the DHBs/PSA Allied, Public Health and Technical Multi-Employer Collective Agreement and falls between $111,240 p.a and $127,720 p.a pro rata of the Degree-based Allied, Public Health and Technical Salary scale.
