The Tech Leader will work in a newly founded team, responsible for supporting Fintech business growth in Brazil. The role involves working cross-functionally to understand architecture needs by multiple business lines and collaborating closely with various functional teams as well as external partners to deliver solutions successfully, driving the business to success while considering compliance matters related to 99Pay IP. This is an international team and we value diversity.Role Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving solution design
- Implementing localization payment scenarios in 99Pay, such as Pix, Rider payment, bill payment, mobile recharge, gift card, etc.
- Working closely with various teams in Brazil and China, including business, operations, development, tech support, infosec, and compliance teams.
- Collecting requirements from different teams, understanding their needs, and translating them into tech solutions.
- Conducting technical evaluations on vendor solutions and delivering high-quality solutions.
Role Qualifications
- 5+ years of Java programming experience
- Hands-on experience in large distributed systems/cloud technology
- Experience in payments or Fintech industry
- Capability to create innovative, customer-driven banking or payment solutions, delivering high-quality solutions to customers
- The ability to work with global teams, strong multitasking skills, and perform well under pressure
- Strong skills in organization, time management, relationship building, presentation, and oral/written communications in English
