Product Sales Expert
Product Sales Expert is an individual contributor role in regional structure focused exclusively on speeding up and increasing growth of one product or group of products with full accountability for achieving sales targets. The main goal is to grow volumes and profitability of dedicated product/group of products in the region across all target verticals and customer types. The focus is on translating product performance targets into regional targets and activities to achieve the best balance in terms of effort and outcome while keeping a proactive feedback loop from the market to HQ. This is achieved by owning revenue KPIs and active selling of dedicated product(s) in dedicated region(s) and execution of commercial activities with continuous collaboration with the HQ team on all commercial and strategic initiatives.Main Responsibilities:
- Achieving sales targets and targets for detected account list.
- Build, align and execute regional and product G2M.
- Drive product adoption in the region, while supporting sales activities with product knowledge to ensure an increase in opportunity closing rate.
- Define and develop effective go-to-markets and customer segmentations.
- Establish a strong bond with HQ.
- Detect key areas of growth and build strategies and initiatives (jointly with local team and HQ) to exploit these opportunities as well as remove potential blockers.
- Work closely with Regional Sales Managers to align key Q/Y priorities, initiatives and/or markets, providing input on new areas of growth for our SaaS offering while aligning marketing strategy.
- Keep regional team members up to date with all the latest major product features or new releases.
- Work closely with SOP to analyze respective product pipeline in the region, drive clear tactics to enhance and overcome any gaps to achieve targets.
- Conduct regular (weekly) syncs with HQ (PSM) for sharing regional product feedback and useful insights.
- Monitor and regularly report about pipeline creation, velocity, and conversion and help in removing roadblocks by partnering with HQ and Regional roles.
- Work with marketing to capitalize product wins and create social proof and positive noise.
