Dutch Speaking Customer Care Advisor

Location: Lisbon, Portugal Role: Dutch speaking Customer Care Advisor Salary: 1050 € gross per month (this does include also the holiday bonus and meal allowance) plus free accommodation (so no cost for rent or utility bills). Package without company accommodation is 1309 euro gross p/m. You can also earn a monthly performance bonus, which is on average an additional 100 euro gross p/m. Working Hrs: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern between Monday to Friday from 08: 30 to 23: 00.. Overview of the company: Our client is a global outsourcing company – they have offices around the world and in Portugal they have multiple sites where they support large international clients and assist with business in more than 30 different languages, so you'd be joining a very multicultural environment. The Role: As a Customer Care Advisor you will support customers of a global leader in diabetes care, who develops and manufactures innovative injection and infusion systems for self-medication. You will provide excellent support in Dutch and English for users of advanced insulin pumps and accessories. Your role is to guide and empower customers, ensuring a seamless experience with innovative healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries about insulin pumps and related products. Provide information and guidance on product use, including app connectivity for seamless integration. Empathetic Problem Solving, addressing concerns with professionalism and care Documentation & Issue Resolution: Maintain accurate records in SAP CRM, escalate complex cases when needed. Conduct proactive outreach, manage returns, and resolve complaints in line with company policies.
