What You’ll Do: Handle inbound/outbound calls, chat, and messages with professionalism and empathy, including urgent situations. Apply for policies to ensure the best interest of the community. Take ownership of user queries until resolution or escalation. Investigate and escalate issues, prioritizing urgent and sensitive matters. Manage cases involving safety concerns using trauma-informed methodologies. Provide exceptional claims service Damage Protection, Liability Insurance, and related programs. Research, troubleshoot problems, and identify areas for improvement. What You Need: 1-3 years of experience in claims handling, dispute resolution, fraud/risk investigations, or insurance (property damage, healthcare claims, etc.). Experience handling and estimating contents and automobile/watercraft losses. Strong problem-solving, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
