- Bachelor’s degree in education,
- Experience: 2+ years in training and development,
- Certification in Training of Trainers (TOT) is a plus.
- Ability to design and develop effective training
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office “ Excel – word – PPT “ and virtual training platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment of learning programs with business needs.
- Strong organization skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
