Job Description
Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager with a strong computer science background and extensive experience in managing software development products . The ideal candidate must excel in writing Statements of Work (SOWs) , creating mock designs , and be proficient in Figma . Additionally, they should have expertise in writing release notes , user flow diagrams , defining project stories , tracking sprint progress , and maintaining proactive and effective communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle. The Senior Product Manager will work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to drive product development, ensuring timely execution and delivery. This role requires someone with strong problem-solving abilities, fast learning skills, and exceptional responsiveness to manage multiple clients simultaneously. Responsibilities:- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle , from concept to launch and beyond.
- Define and document user stories, requirements, and workflows for software development.
- Develop and maintain SOWs to ensure clarity on project objectives and deliverables.
- Design and iterate mockups and wireframes using Figma to convey product vision effectively.
- Track and manage sprint progress , ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
- Write and maintain release notes to keep stakeholders informed about product updates.
- Create user flow diagrams to enhance understanding of product navigation and interaction.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and design teams to deliver high-quality software products.
- Maintain constant communication with customers , gathering feedback and ensuring alignment with their needs.
- Work closely with multiple clients , ensuring excellent responsiveness and proactive issue resolution.
- Adapt quickly to new products and technologies, demonstrating a fast-learning mindset .
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of product management experience in software development.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to work closely with development teams.
- Expertise in writing SOWs, user stories, and release notes .
- Experience using Figma for prototyping and mockup designs.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and sprint tracking tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment .
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills , with a customer-first mindset.
