Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of IT support engineers, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets, providing Level 2/3 support when required.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
- Monitor team performance and provide training to enhance technical skills.
- Participate in infrastructure projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years technical experience, with 3+ years of experience as an IT Support Team Lead or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong technical expertise in Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory .
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or CompTIA Network+ are desirable.
