Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Product Manager (PM) to join our Venture Studio and play a pivotal role in building and scaling multiple early-stage startups. You’ll collaborate with founders, engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to shape products from the ground up, taking them from ideation to launch and beyond. • Product Strategy & Vision
• Collaborate with startup founders and cross-functional teams to define the product vision, goals, and roadmap.
• Validate product ideas through user research, market analysis, and testing to ensure product-market fit.
• Align product strategy with business objectives and growth metrics.
• Execution & Product Development
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
• Prioritize features and improvements based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, and operations to ensure smooth product development and delivery.
• Manage a high number of engineers, ensuring effective collaboration and optimal use of resources in a fast-paced environment.
• User-Centric Design & Feedback Loop
• Work closely with UX/UI teams to design intuitive, user-friendly products that solve real-world problems.
• Continuously gather and analyze user feedback to drive product iterations and enhancements.
• No-Code & Design Skills
• Utilize No-Code tools and platforms to quickly prototype and launch product iterations, enabling rapid development cycles.
• Leverage design principles and tools to enhance the user experience and ensure seamless interactions with the product.
• Data-Driven Decision Making
• Use metrics and data analytics to measure product performance, make informed decisions, and iterate on the product.
• Monitor KPIs, A/B test new features, and optimize the product experience based on user data.
• Collaborative Leadership
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and goals.
• Foster a collaborative and transparent environment within product and engineering teams.

• Experience
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS , FinTech , or similar high-growth, early-stage companies.
• Experience in Series B-funded startups is a plus, with a proven track record of launching and scaling products.
• Proven ability to manage large engineering teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Skills
• Strong understanding of product management frameworks and methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in No-Code tools and platforms (e.g., Bubble, Adalo, Webflow) is a significant advantage.
• Strong design skills with the ability to collaborate closely with UX/UI teams and apply design principles to the product.
• Technical Aptitude
• Basic technical knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms is advantageous.
• Understanding of SaaS, FinTech, and startup ecosystems.
